Initial nutrition consultations are approximately 90 minutes in length. We discuss your medical, dietary history, primary complaints, current diet, goals, and your expectations as a patient. Your dietitian will provide education, guidance, motivation and a plan to move forward!

Cash Pay Initial Consultations: $149

Your dietitian will continue to educate, motivate and discuss challenges and techniques to overcome these challenges. Your dietitian will work with you to create and/or modify meal plans, provide recipes, resources and continue with goal setting. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length.

Do you simply want a meal plan to follow and already know your macronutrient goals and dietary requests? We offer virtual meal plans for a variety of diets including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, paleo, allergen free, family friendly, low histamine, immune support, anti-inflammatory, and so much more! Meal plans include recipes, ingredients, nutrition information, and a grocery list!

Pricing for genetic testing varies on the type of test and number of genes tested. All testing includes a one hour consult with dietitian to review results and discuss recommendations.

Prolon® is sold separately and includes a health screening to determine if long term fasting is an option for you. Prolon includes everything you will eat and drink for five days including supplements.

Your dietitian will recommend follow-up nutrition counseling and meal plans based on your health conditions and goals. Prolon® can be purchased in our office or by using our provider discount for online ordering.
