Welcome to Good Habits Nutrition

Hi! My name is Tristine Bogle and I am the founder of Good Habits Nutrition. We are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who take a functional, whole food, whole-body approach to nutrition, health, and change. Our goal is to dig deep and get to the root of the problem using labs, symptom reporting, and medical history to help you reach your goals and improve your health with the food you eat.

We believe in simple, customized plans and recommendations that work for YOU! We are a safe place to discuss your health goals and challenges without judgement.

You will walk away with knowledge, techniques, motivation, an individualized plan, and a dietitian that will guide you along the way.

We can’t wait to work with you!
