Tristine believes that it is her job to listen and dig deep to find the root of health problems using labs, symptom reporting, and medical history. Tristine is empathetic and understanding of the challenges that we all face when implementing change. She enjoys finding behavioral and self-assessment techniques to guide clients into overcoming these challenges. In addition to nutrition counseling in private practice, Tristine is an adjunct faculty member for Chandler Gilbert Community College and and has taught Human Nutrition and Nutrition Management courses for over 20 years. She also works with School Nutrition Programs, Arizona Aging and Adult Services and Community Nutrition Programs throughout the state of Arizona. Tristine enjoys speaking about nutrition in the school, community, business, and private setting. Her speaking engagements include those for USDA Food &amp; Nutrition Services, Arizona Department of Education (ADE), Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO), School Nutrition Association (SNA), Arizona Indian Council on Aging (AICOA), Arizona Department of Economic Security Division on Aging and Adult Services (DES DAAS) and many more! Tristine is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Arizona Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. On a personal note, Tristine loves to spend time with her family outdoors. She enjoys running, hiking, gardening, and trying new recipes with her family.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Kacey Frey, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist born and raised in Arizona. A graduate of Arizona State University in Human Nutrition, she successfully completed her internship through Utah State University in 2003. She has worked extensively in the field of public health, specifically child nutrition programs. Additionally, she has worked in the clinical setting, providing nutrition education and support in hospitals, long term care and rehabilitation facilities and has received extensive training in weight management. Kacey believes food is more about nutrition, calories, fat and protein. It is often used for comfort or to show love. Diet changes for health purposes are not just about following a specific diet, but incorporating healthy choices into our traditions, our social and home lives. Eating is emotional and there are so many factors that go into modifying our behaviors to increase our health and well-being. She believes in small practical changes and support in a non-judgmental setting to guide you on your path to improved health. It is not something that can be done overnight, there will be plateaus, struggles, joys and a sense of accomplishment. We have busy, complicated lives, she believes it is her job to help you meet your health goals in a way that works for you. On a personal note: Kacey loves, playing pickleball with friends, walking her dog while listening to one of many true crime podcasts, reading, practicing yoga, and traveling with her family.</image:caption>
